Housing

The non-profit Spallumcheen Housing Society, Box 97, Armstrong, BC V0E 1B0, manages the rentals for the Heather Heights housing, located at 2315 Heather Ave, Armstrong, BC.

​

Heather Heights has 12 bachelor suites and 6 one-bedroom suites and is a NON-SMOKING facility.

​

Applicants must be 55 years of age or older and not in need of ongoing nursing care.

​

No pets are allowed.

​

Application forms are available through our Office Manager, Marilyn Wittner.

Completed Applications can be left at the Legion office or mailed to the Spallumcheen Housing Society at Box 97, Armstrong, BC V0E 1B0. The Legion does keep a wait list if no units are available at the time of application.
